SV Design designed 19 units in the converted McKay School and 13 townhouse units in a new addition. The apartments in the renovated school take advantage of the tall ceilings and preserve much of the existing architectural details that highlight the historic character of the school building. The new townhouse addition provides a unique living environment with two floors of living and private, fenced yards. Much of the site is preserved as open space, including a new path for public use.
