Maple Woods

Designed for aging in place, Maple Woods is a 45-unit affordable senior housing community in Wenham.

This Harborlight Homes project features fully accessible, roomy one-bedroom apartments, each with a private balcony. Other amenities include a library, salon, computer room, community room and kitchenette, flexible space for visiting health care services, outdoor seating areas, walking paths, and a resident garden.

Nestled on a quiet four-acre wooded lot set back from the main road, Maple Woods emphasizes sustainability and energy efficiency and will be LEED Gold Certified. Key design considerations included reducing the project’s impact on the neighborhood and blending into the landscape.

SV Design rendered site plans and created 3-dimensional views to aid in town and LIHTC funding approvals for the project. Construction was completed in spring 2024.
