The challenge: Turn a traditional, untouched 1950’s colonial house in a sought-after beach neighborhood into a vibrant, Cape Cod beach home and relaxed retreat for a family of five. Given the coveted location and cherished ocean views on a challenging lot, SV Design architects looked for the best way to expand where possible and open the home, inside and out.
The result: A home that causes neighbors to stop and admire the renovated home and express appreciation to the owners for making such a stunning improvement to the area.
