This build-out of a 7,400 square foot IT office for a financial services firm on the North Shore of Boston combined two adjacent tenant spaces to optimize functionality and flow. In addition to private offices, the new space includes a reception area, three video conference rooms, a business center/kitchen, new restrooms and open plan work areas. We incorporated a glazed wall that adds visual interest while transmitting natural light into the internal spaces. Enhanced by linear LED lighting, the effect creates an open, uplifting and modern feel, and a highly functional, state-of-the-art work environment.
