On the heels of designing their North Shore offices, this financial services firm hired SV Design to translate their signature look and feel to a very different geographic environment: coastal Florida. The culmination of several years of planning and work, the high-end executive offices – set in the upper floors of an office tower – provide the firm with a fluid, modern space for conducting business. The project included the addition of a reception area, executive offices, video presentation room, dining area, custom workstations, and new stair connection to offices below.

The bright office space has large windows with views of the ocean, one of which is an impressive 10’x 20’ butt-glazed window. Curved accents throughout the offices give the space a feeling of motion, creating a seamless transition from inside to outside. Curves are a common theme; from the curved walls to curved glass doors to the impressive circular steel staircase that was welded together on site. The natural aesthetic is accentuated with full height maple wall panels, customized millwork, and backlit glass panels. SV Design incorporated many functional elements to improve the usability of the space and its flow.
