Paul Muldoon, AIA, Joins SV Design to Lead Chatham Office

Chatham, MA – SV Design Principal, Thad Siemasko, is pleased to share that Paul Muldoon is joining the firm and will lead the Chatham office’s architecture and interior teams. Paul’s move is a testament to creative collaboration and is a significant development in SV Design’s Cape Cod business. 

Paul’s twenty years of experience includes twelve years at SV Design in both the Beverly and Chatham offices as Senior Project Manager, prior to him founding Muldoon Architects in 2019. While Principal at Muldoon Architects, Paul expanded his breadth of experience in custom home design on Cape Cod and beyond. His return to the firm’s Chatham office is driven by a desire to join forces with an innovative and integrated team.

The collaboration between Paul Muldoon and SV Design marks a dynamic intersection of talents. “I am excited to be back in Chatham with SV Design,” says Muldoon. “There is a certain energy and kinship that comes with being part of a team that you can share ideas with. I am fortunate to be rejoining this talented group and look forward to engaging our clients in designs that bring fulfillment to their lives.”

Having spent the last seven years living on Cape Cod, Paul’s knack for blending contemporary design with traditional shingle-style architecture results in designs driven by the beauty of their surroundings - drawing on tranquil color palettes, natural light, and creating a synergy between the land and the home. Paul’s role within SV Design will involve actively contributing to the conceptualization of projects, offering his expertise in design, and infusing each project with his unique architectural sensibilities.
