Izabela Kennedy Promoted to Senior Project Manager
SV Design is pleased to announce the promotion of Izabela Kennedy to Senior Project Manager. Izzy joined SV Design’s architectural team at the start of 2017 and has worked on a wide range of educational, multi-family, commercial, and institutional projects throughout her time here. Some of Izzy’s notable projects are the new Glen T. MacLeod YMCA in Gloucester, the Greater Beverly YMCA Sterling Center Expansion and Education Center, the Riverview School’s Wellness Center in Sandwich, Endicott College’s Peter Frates Hall, and Brindle Hall, as well as a corporate office in Wilmington, a financial office in Beverly, and multiple medical offices.
Izabela’s architectural experience encompasses a wide variety of areas, including commercial interiors, hospitality, institutional, retail, high-end residential, and high-tech manufacturing. She is a technical expert and is well versed in creating construction documents, but her true passion and inherent skills lend themselves to big picture thinking, concept development, and an ability to graphically convey a vision. Jen Hocherman, AIA, LEED AP, Associate Principal at SV Design concurs “Izzy is one of our most creative and thoughtful designers. Her dedication to the design process has been the key to the success of many projects at SV Design.”
Izabela holds a Master of Architecture degree from Boston Architectural College and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Technology from Keene State College in Keene, NH. In between the time at the office, house projects, and mentoring students at Lynn RAW Arts, she enjoys drawing, stand up paddleboarding, and walking on the beach with her family.
SV Design specializes in beautiful and functional architecture and interiors.
