Architect Krista Broyles Promoted to Associate

Beverly, MA – SV Design Associate Principal, Jennifer Hocherman, is pleased to announce the promotion of architect, Krista Broyles, to Associate at the architecture and interior design firm in Beverly.

Krista joined SV Design in 2014 and now has over fifteen years of experience in multi-family, affordable housing, senior living, and commercial projects extending from Massachusetts to Southern Arizona. Her career at the firm has thrived as she's continued to expand her knowledge and project management experience in all design phases, client relations, and construction administration.

“Krista’s position at SV Design has grown in tandem with our commercial portfolio over the last decade and she has provided a depth of leadership and knowledge that has led to this outstanding and well-deserved milestone,” said Hocherman. “Her innate ability to bring project teams together with strong communication skills and an outgoing nature have been fundamental to our multi-family project teams and clients.”

Krista has worked on numerous affordable and senior housing projects with Harborlight Homes (previously Harborlight Community Partners) and mixed-use properties with Beverly Crossing. She is LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) accredited and holds her Architectural License in the State of Massachusetts.

Krista lives in Beverly with her husband and two children and enjoys seeing her local community positively impacted by projects she has worked so hard to bring to fruition. You can find her at a local brewery or on the Cape with family when she isn’t wearing a hard hat during the work week. Krista holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island.
