Kathleen O’Connor, Director of Marketing & Business Development

Kathleen’s multi-faceted career began in marketing, business development, and client services within the financial industry and soon evolved into strategic consulting for large financial companies and advising boards on corporate restructuring. About ten years in, a new opportunity presented itself and she shifted to public relations consulting in the television business where she managed public appearances, engagements, and contracts for hosts of a well-known home improvement show. Over the years, Kathleen’s entrepreneurial spirit also led her to strategic business consulting, helping new small business owners bring their visions to reality by managing the operational process of launching their businesses from the ground up.
